You can validate parking by scanning one of the QR codes located throughout the parking garage, following the instructions to input your information, and inputting the unique code given to you by a retail partner – or by scanning the QR code in a local retailer’s establishment. Use the retail partner’s code during the validation process within 20 minutes of parking, and receive up to 2 hours of free parking. 

How can I register as the visitor of a resident at Modera Falls Church?

Scan one of the the QR codes located throughout the parking garage, and follow the instructions to input your information, as well as the 50% off parking code given to you by the resident. Input this code within 20 minutes of parking.

Where can I find parking at Modera Falls Church?

Retail and visitor parking is available in the garage, accessible from both Founders Avenue and South West Street. You can find the exact locations marked with parking icons on our retailer map above.

What is the time limit for validating my parking to receive the discount?
